WORKING FOR US
ABOUT THE COMPANY
All Aid First Aid (AAFA) is an innovative First Aid and Emergency Response training organisation delivering specialised courses in Sydney and regional New South Wales.
We provide a friendly, flexible working environment and are looking for trainers with dedication and enthusiasm.
We offer unique training programs to a highly diverse range of clients. If your idea of first aid training involves presenting a power point for 8 hours, you’ve come to the wrong place.
Our training takes place outside, with lots of fake blood, realistic scenarios and a whole heap of fun. We want to empower people to believe they really can help someone in a crisis situation, not terrify them with war stories.
Our clients include schools, the military and outdoor professionals. You must be someone comfortable with working in a wide range of environments, who can adapt to changing situations and facilitate great, engaging content from the start to the end of the course.
We are looking to expand our pool of trainers for larger jobs, as well as building ongoing relationships with dynamic and experienced trainers.
We look favourably on people with experience as outdoor educators, teachers, performers, emergency services, fitness trainers and medical professionals.
If you meet the criteria and are interested in working for a fun and versatile company, then send through your CV and we will be in touch.
